Ingenicomm Releases Enhanced Version of Ultra-High-Rate SLE Software
CHANTILLY, Va., Dec. 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Ingenicomm announced today that it has released an enhanced version of its ultra-high-rate CCSDS Space Link Extension (SLE) software. The SLE software package, which is a component of Ingenicomm's popular Configurable Ground Systems (CGS) data processing suite, is designed to provide a standards-compliant mechanism for extending space-to-ground telemetry and command links from remote terminal sites to mission operations centers and end users. The new version of the software, which was recently demonstrated at the 48th International Telemetering Conference (ITC) in San Diego, is capable of transporting SLE data at rates up to 1.5 Gigabits per second and processing CCSDS telemetry at rates greater than 4.5 Gigabits per second.
"The release of our enhanced SLE software is the culmination of a lengthy user evaluation and beta testing process," said Amit Puri, President & CEO of Ingenicomm. "The new version of the software incorporates a multitude of unique features and enhancements requested by our customers, including integrated resource and performance management, real-time reconfiguration of data transport services, and off-the-shelf integration with third-party ground segment monitoring and control systems. We are very pleased with the positive feedback we've received from users of the software, and look forward to deploying it around the world."
