InHouse Names Richard Heft National Operations Manager

ORANGE, Calif., Nov. 15, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- InHouse Inc., an appraisal management company and provider of appraiser management technology for banks, lenders, credit unions and other mortgage originators, named Richard Heft national operations manager. Heft will direct all of InHouse's national operations, including InHouse Solutions, the firm's appraisal management company (AMC) and InHouse's Connexions, an appraiser-management platform which empowers lenders to work with any appraisers and AMCs of their choice. Based out of InHouse's east coast operation in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, Heft will manage the company's appraiser and vendor networks, the assignment of appraisers and the appraisal review process, among other duties.

A veteran of the financial services industry, Heft comes to InHouse from Wachovia, a Wells Fargo Company, where he served as vice president of operations for Wachovia Settlement Services, directing vendor management on the appraisal side of the business. Prior to Wachovia, Heft was manager of vendor relations for Merrill Lynch Credit.
