Innophos Holdings, Inc. Declares Dividend Of $0.35 Per Share; Increases Rate By 30%
CRANBURY, N.J., Nov. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Innophos Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: "IPHS") today confirmed the details of the recently announced increase of the quarterly dividend to $0.35 per share of common stock declared by its Board of Directors. The dividend will be payable on November 30, 2012 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 16, 2012. The new rate represents a 30% increase over the previous $0.27 per share quarterly dividend rate.
