ATLANTA, May 31, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Innovative Health Sciences, Inc. has reorganized, merging into IHSN10, Inc., and announces today clarifications to its April 20, 2011, press release. Innovative participated in a Delaware reorganization under Section 251 (g) of the DGCL and the surviving company is IHSN10, Inc.  As part of the reorganization, a new holding company was formed: Innovative Holdings Alliance, Inc. The Company, IHSN10, Inc., was notified that its Agreement with Carmil Energy was cancelled due to financing and due diligence issues.  The Company, post merger, was divested from being a subsidiary of the holding company.
