(ISC), a new association of defense contractors, commercial companies and academia focused on innovation and collaboration, as its first non-defense related commercial technology member.  Touchstream's formal affiliation comes just weeks after Touchstream's CEO Herb Mitschele presented its revolutionary content delivery technology at an ISC collaboration event that included an audience predominantly comprised of defense contractor executives and personnel.
