PITTSBURGH, Jan. 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Innovu, a company empowering data driven organizations, publicly launched today and introduced the first of its Employer Horizon solutions. Innovu Employer Horizon solutions securely integrate and unlock critical information providing new levels of visibility and insight to employee benefit program risk, efficacy, quality and cost. Built on top of the cloud-based Innovu HorizonTM platform, Employer Horizon solutions are modular in design. This design enables employers and their benefits consultants to step through a data maturity process from initial data integration and archiving to deep insights and predicative analytics.
The first solution in Innovu's continuum of tools is EmployerVault, a cloud-based solution that securely captures, integrates and archives eligibility, enrollment, claims and design data. EmployerVault spans all benefit programs including health, wellness, disability, workers compensation and retirement across healthcare carriers, third-party administrators and other benefit vendors. EmployerVault allows employers and their benefits consultants to maintain HIPAA data compliance while ensuring their raw data is always available and accessible regardless of the carriers, TPAs and other vendors they utilize now or in the future.
"We are excited today to launch our company and our Innovu Horizon-based solutions. Our vision and reason for existence is to solve complex problems by unlocking the power of information that is available from disparate silos of data," said Patrick Stewart, CEO and co-founder, Innovu. "To achieve our vision we are rolling out a continuum of solutions for employers and their benefit consultants, with our first solution, EmployerVault, solving a critical problem employers have; the ability to archive and access ALL of their benefit program information regardless of the vendors they use now or in the future."
"When we decided to switch our TPA Vendor last year, one of our biggest fears was losing three years of raw historical medical and pharmaceutical claims data needed for critical trending and forecasting." said John Riccio, Senior VP and Chief Financial Officer, American Textile Company, "Innovu's EmployerVault solves this for us by automatically bringing in the data from all of our benefits vendors and archiving the data in a single secure digital vault. With EmployerVault's secure architecture and access we also maintain critical HIPAA compliance."
"Employers, especially ones with less than 2,500 employees, are struggling to deliver efficient and cost-effective total employee reward programs to their employees. Our ability to help our clients do this has been hindered by fragmented and non-integrated data." said Chet Rhoads, Executive Vice President, The HDH Group, Inc., "Innovu with EmployerVault gives our clients the ability to securely bring all their data together while maintaining HIPAA compliance. We look forward to future Innovu solutions that will use this integrated data to provide the visibility and insight we need to help our clients make more informed decisions and adjustments to their healthcare and benefits programs."
Employer Vault is available now with prices starting at $1,500 per year. Additional Employer Horizon solutions will be added to the portfolio in early 2015. These additional cloud-based solutions will bring deep visibility and insight to all of the data integrated via EmployerVault.
