InPro Insurance Group Acquires Industrial Insurance Services; Further Expands Local Presence

TROY, Mich., July 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- To further its targeted growth in the metro-Detroit area, InPro Insurance Group, a Troy, Mich.-based independent insurance agency, today announced the acquisition of Industrial Insurance Services, Inc. of Troy. Through the agreement, the Industrial Insurance Services team and book of health insurance business will be integrated into InPro's existing personal, commercial, and life and health business. The terms of the agreement, which became effective July 1, were not disclosed.
