Tolliver will be tasked with implementing and executing fund development strategy and partnering with employers and government to create customized program solutions to increase workforce diversity.

Tolliver brings a diverse background creating inclusion and fund development programs. He successfully implemented new divisions with the Boy Scouts of America, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Queens University of Charlotte and the National GEM Consortium. Most recently, Tolliver served as Founder and President of Organizational Solutions & Consulting (OS&C), a consulting firm focused on providing affordable consultative services for churches, entrepreneurs, nonprofits and small businesses.
