InsideHook.com Launches "Man of the Month" Program in Partnership with Tommy Hilfiger
Celebrating Extraordinary Men Who Inspire Their Peers
NEW YORK, Feb. 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, InsideHook.com, the premier digital publication curating unique experiences and products for established and affluent men, announces the launch of its "Man of the Month" editorial program (http://www.insidehook.com/new-york/man-of-the-month) in partnership with one of the world's leading lifestyle brands, Tommy Hilfiger.
Each month, the InsideHook editorial team and their Selection Committee will handpick a successful man who embodies the InsideHook ideal to recognize and profile across InsideHook's daily email, social media and event activations. The Selection Committee is a diverse group of influential men who embody the InsideHook reader's lifestyle: actor/writer/director and InsideHook partner Edward Burns; Tommy Hilfiger North America Creative Director Trent Wisehart; Hollywood power manager Jason Weinberg; and prominent media entrepreneur Jason Hirschhorn.
The team will work monthly to choose and celebrate a Man of the Month from reader and influencer nominations, which can be submitted via a microsite on the InsideHook website. The Selection Committee will be looking for a man who lives his life to the fullest, and through his lifestyle inspires other men to do the same. Each month's honoree profile will also highlight their philanthropic efforts or a cause they champion.
"We are excited to join InsideHook in launching this program," said Trent Wisehart. "Tommy Hilfiger the designer – as well as the company – has always recognized and championed philanthropic causes, and we're happy to be doing so via a platform that allows these men to really tell their inspirational stories."
The Man of the Month program will extend and support InsideHook's mission since its early 2012 launch by supplementing its lifestyle recommendations to readers with examples from the real lives of extraordinary men.
"At InsideHook.com we continue to provide men around the country with insider information and access to high-quality experiences – everything from underground supper clubs, to thrilling outdoor adventures, to little-known clothiers and one-of-a-kind gifts," said Andy Russell, co-founder of InsideHook.com. "We are thrilled to partner with Tommy Hilfiger to launch Man of the Month. Both brands recognize the need to highlight and celebrate standout men who are well respected by their peers and have made significant achievements in their industries and communities, and we know the Man of the Month feature will help to achieve this goal."
The first InsideHook.com "Man of the Month" will be revealed March 11th. To nominate a "Man of the Month" please go to http://www.insidehook.com/nominate-man-of-the-month/.

About InsideHook
InsideHook, the premium digital lifestyle brand for established men, curates and recommends unique products and experiences through email, social media and events. The InsideHook man wants to fill his social calendar with an exciting range of rarified experiences — everything from underground supper clubs, to thrilling outdoor adventures, to little-known clothiers and one-of-a-kind gifts — but he doesn't have the time to find these things on his own. Cue InsideHook: their editors find the best experiences, products and services to recommend to their affluent male audience each day, and deliver them to their inboxes with a dash of wit and charm. In 2012, Andy Russell (partner at Bob Pittman's Pilot Group, led the investments in Daily Candy, Thrillist, and TastingTable) founded Trigger Media and co-founded the first media brand under Trigger – InsideHook – with seasoned entrepreneur Jon Keidan (former COO of Jack Welch Management Institute) and new CEO Aly Racer. Currently, InsideHook publishes New York, LA and National editions, with plans to launch in Chicago and San Fran this year.
