Inspar Field Services, LLC Issues Investor, Employee and Client Update Concerning the Planet Resource Recovery Inc. Federal Complaint, Corporate Legal Representation and Future Business Operations

VENICE, Fla., Dec. 27, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- As most of you are aware on 12/20/2010 attorneys for the Plaintiff, Inspar Field Services, LLC, filed a complaint and request for temporary injunction against Planet Resource Recovery Inc., in U.S. District Court. Immediately upon this detection Inspar Field Services, LLC, terminated the engagement agreement with this firm.

Inspar Field Services, LLC and their attorneys have additionally agreed to a mutual cooperation with John Bruster Loyd a Houston based attorney who is representing the former owners of RADA Technologies.
