Mr. Lyons brings more than a decade of experience as a director of publicly traded companies and over 25 years of experience in the health care field. Mr. Lyons brings specific expertise in health care IT and high technology, communications sectors.

Mr. Lyons is an accomplished business executive with an extensive background leading medical start-up, turnaround and high growth companies through strategic development, rapid expansion and accelerated profitability. He most recently was co-founder, Executive Vice President and Director of BioElectronics Corporation. Mr. Lyons has successfully performed as President or Executive Vice President of several health care start-up communication technology and digital integration corporations, including a successful tenure for several years as the Executive Vice President and Director for instaCare's predecessor corporation, CareDecision Corp. Mr. Lyons has also served in various executive positions for several Fortune 500 companies such as American Sterilizer Company, Everest and Jennings and Allscrips.
