Integrated Water Services, Inc. Appoints Cody Phipps as CEO
AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 23, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Integrated Water Services, Inc. (IWS), a pioneer in modular water and wastewater treatment and reuse systems, today announced that Cody Phipps has been named Chief Executive Officer, effective September 15, 2025. Cody succeeds Alex Buehler, whom the IWS Board of Directors thanks for his many contributions while leading IWS through a critical phase of its growth and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
Owned by Sciens Water, a prominent investor in the U.S. water sector, IWS provides comprehensive water and wastewater treatment solutions across diverse end markets in North America.
Cody's deep track record leading major businesses through significant growth makes him well-equipped to guide IWS on its next phase of expansion. Cody was most recently President and CEO of Osmose Utilities, a global leader in the servicing of aging infrastructure of electric utilities and telecommunications companies. Prior to Osmose, Cody served as President and CEO of Owens & Minor, a global healthcare service company with over $10 billion in revenues. Prior to Owens & Minor, Cody served as President and CEO of Essendant, a Fortune 500 distributor of business products.
Earlier in his career, Cody was a Partner at McKinsey & Company in Chicago where he co-founded and led the firm's Service Operations Practice.
