Intelimax adds experienced industry professional to board of directors

VANCOUVER, Jan. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Intelimax Media Inc. ("Intelimax" or the "Company") (OTCBB:IXMD) is pleased to announce the addition of Carl Schmidt to our board of directors. Carl has been building and administering software for over 20 years, his first system being a simulator to calculate cost savings by introducing low-flow water devices into commercial buildings.

Mr. Schmidt most recently led the construction of an online gambling platform for one of the world's largest and most successful sites, Bodog.com. He served as CTO and Chief Software Architect for Bodog's closest supplier and played a key role in developing Bodog's platform. This project allowed him to use his experience with accounting systems while handling the challenges of building sites that can handle tens of thousands of concurrent users doing about five million page views a day.

His industry specific experience in building this type of platform has given him knowledge and experience in handling massive amounts of traffic. In addition, Mr. Schmidt has become familiar with the technical requirements needed in the development of a comprehensive gaming system. This experience has given him extensive insight into the needed marketing tools, accounting tools, customer service tools and other requirements.
