Intelimax Media Inc. - Corporate Update

VANCOUVER, Feb. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Intelimax Media Inc. ("Intelimax" or the "Company") (OTCBB:IXMD) and the Directors of Intelimax would like to provide a corporate update on how the company is progressing towards its commercial goals within the iGaming market place and in particular the last 12 months. There has been significant strides made by management over this period and we felt it important to convey the real prospects Intelimax now finds itself working towards as we move into the next exciting phase of our growth.

However, before we do this we would like take a moment to recap on the steps the company has taken to get to where it is today. As you may know Intelimax is the brain child of Charles (Chaz) Green and Michael Young, who set about creating the framework for a software development project that would maximize on the gap in the global iGaming markets. The primary aim was to create a proprietary software platform that would provide cradle to grave management solutions for new entrants into the iGaming market. We at Intelimax call this the "Sky Gaming Platform" and have targeted what we consider to be two key areas of the global iGaming market.

    -   A "White Label" revenue sharing iGaming platform to those companies
        wishing to offer local state and/or nationwide iGaming products and
        companies wishing to maximise on web based revenue opportunities from
        its existing customer/client base.

    -   A dedicated web based community iGaming platform "Gamboozle.com".

After months of working through the process of creating our platform and investing several man years of development we have reached our goals and are now ready to address the market opportunities we know are there to capture. We have tested the market, ensured the software is robust and have Gamboozle up and running with a community of almost 100,000 members. The White Label solution is in its final stages of documentation and development, ready for its prospective clients and will be market ready by March 2010. We have already signed one white label operator, who is operational, Charity Satellite Gaming.

    The Next Phase

Now that we have a market ready portfolio of iGaming solutions we will be moving from a development lead company into a marketing and sales lead enterprise. This transition will see the company focus towards a single aim of maximising on the revenue generating opportunities our Sky Gaming Platform will capture. Gamboozle will allow us to establish a portal for the online gaming market. We will develop Gamboozle over the next 12-18 months in order to grow the subscription revenue generating model. However it is the "White Label" product that will allow us to address an area of the market that has a distinct lack of any "out of the box" solutions that our Sky Gaming Platform provides. Web based communities, Global Enterprises and many more would relish the chance to "sweat its web based assets". Through offering its own iGaming platform to its members, using the Intelimax solution, these enterprises will be able to realize a revenue generating avenue from its own community. The Intelimax White Label Sky Gaming Platform empowers these enterprises to gain immediate access to this space.

Through strategic partnerships and revenue share offerings, Intelimax will also be working over this next phase to establish iGaming service contracts globally.
