Intellinote Announces New Integrations with Salesforce, ZenDesk, Dropbox, Box and MailChimp

RESTON, Va., Sept. 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Intellinote, a leading team communication and collaboration platform, today announced new integrations with Salesforce, Dropbox, Box, ZenDesk, MailChimp, ServiceMax, Wufoo, GitHub and other business apps. Users of these apps can now coordinate around their content, make their content actionable and receive real-time messages and notifications, all inside Intellinote.

Self-service integration portal for end-users

End-users can immediately take advantage of a growing list of integrations from the new self-service integration portal. Benefits to users include:

• Letting teams collaborate and communicate around documents and files stored in Dropbox or Box
• Monitoring critical tickets in ZenDesk with Tasks and Messages

Developer-facing integration portal

Intellinote also announced the immediate availability of a developer-facing integration portal that lets app developers integrate their apps with Intellinote using one of three APIs: a REST API, a Widget API and a Webhook API.

Based on their users' needs, these APIs provide developers with different options when integrating their apps with Intellinote's real-time communication and collaboration tools: The REST API lets developers add Intellinote's full suite of tools - including Real-Time Messaging, File Sharing, Project & Task Management and Note Taking - alongside their apps. The Widget API lets developers embed individual tools into their apps. And the Webhook API lets developers exchange targeted content and messages with Intellinote.
