IntelliSoft Acquires Cambron Credentials

NASHUA, N.H., Nov. 5, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- IntelliSoft Group, LLC has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Cambron Credentials Inc. of St. Johnsbury, VT. The addition of Cambron Credentials' services will make IntelliSoft the only credentialing company to offer the complete range of credentialing resources, including a portfolio of credentialing products and services, payer enrollment, and contract management software. The IntelliSoft Group board of directors has unanimously approved the transaction, which occurred on November 2nd, 2010.
