Restructure Includes Announcement of New Executive Management Team

DENVER, Nov. 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- IntelliSource, a national outsource provider of people, process, management and technology services to Fortune 500 and fast growth companies, announced today a restructure of the company services and executive management team to better serve the evolving needs of its clients and stakeholders.

The new IntelliSource organization structure includes an operations management and sales focus on the company's key lines of business; outlines an integrated national sales strategy; provides greater internal/external resource efficiency; and establishes a new senior executive team with clear lines of business area accountability.

IntelliSource key lines of business include:

Distribution Center/Fulfillment Center Outsourcing (DC/FC): Provides full operations management including staffing, onboarding, training, inventory control, safety, labor and performance metrics management, and reporting for DC/FC and light industrial customers.
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO): Provides comprehensive operations management services and solutions in the areas of Customer Contact Centers, Field and Sales Operations, Technology Services, Business Center Operations, and Tech Support.
Technology Solutions: Provides flexible, customized advisory leadership and strategic IT planning as well as services-led technology solutions to support IT transformation engagements and strategic business objectives.
Staffing Services: Leverages the company's proven IntelliFit™process to recruit, screen, hire, train, motivate and retain to place a wide range of professionals for project management and retail staffing on a contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire basis in areas of business services and operations, IT, and light industrial fields.
