International Fitness Leader Abbie Appel Joins Life. Feel Great Community™

CORAL GABLES, Fla., Oct. 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Award-winning fitness industry educator and workout guru, Abbie Appel, has joined Life. Feel Great Community™ as its corporate Creative Fitness Director and will oversee creative programming for its inaugural multi-million-dollar club, which will debut in Coral Gables, Florida in December 2017.

Life. Feel Great Community™ is a light, airy and contemporary 11,000 square foot membership-based social fitness club that will be a "one-stop destination" for a wide array of group fitness classes, therapeutic modalities and luxury club amenities.

Mark Advent, the founder and creator of the highly successful New York New York Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, and Karina Frangulyan, a Certified Public Accountant turned fitness and lifestyle entrepreneur, have been collaborating for the past three years to create the Life. Feel Great Community™ brand and its flagship club.

Feel Great Community™ in Coral Gables will feature five studios, including a dedicated hot studio, non-heated yoga studio, functional fitness studio, an indoor cycling studio, a state-of-the-art suspension and aerial studio, and a special events studio to accommodate a variety activities and programs. Life. Feel Great Community™ will offer between 175 and 250 weekly classes and will ramp up according to demand.

Additionally, Life. Feel Great Community™ will feature a luxury foot reflexology lounge, private massage rooms for single and couples massages, Reiki treatments, and a blow-dry bar.

Life. Feel Great Community™ will also feature the Commissary, a bustling juice, coffee, wine and beer bar and counter-style café that will offer a fresh and high-quality menu for all-day dining for members and walk-ins (non-members) alike in a fast-paced atmosphere with a neighborhood charm.

Life. Feel Great Community™ will also offer a Life-branded yoga program created by Los Angeles-based master yoga instructor Caley Alyssa.  This program modernizes the practice of yoga by offering classes that are accessible to everybody within an hour's time.
