International Game Technology Announces Pricing of $500 Million Aggregate Principal Amount of Senior Notes

LAS VEGAS, Sept. 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- International Game Technology (NYSE: IGT) today announced the pricing of $500 million aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2023 at 5.350%.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering of the notes to redeem a portion of its 3.25% convertible notes due 2014 at maturity on or about May 1, 2014, and for general corporate purposes.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Goldman, Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and RBS Securities Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers of the debt offering.
