Internet Capital Group to Announce Second Quarter Results Thursday, July 29th Before Market Opens

WAYNE, Pa., July 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Internet Capital Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: ICGE) ("ICG") will release the financial results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2010 on Thursday, July 29, 2010, before the market opens.

The Company will host a conference call to discuss the second quarter on Thursday, July 29, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. ET. Participating on the conference call will be Walter Buckley, ICG's chief executive officer, and Kirk Morgan, chief financial officer of the Company. The Company will also host a live web cast for the call with an attached slide presentation.
