Interoperable Open Architecture to Address How to Make Open Systems Truly Open

Interoperable Open Architecture, taking place in October in London will bring together senior military personnel from the US, UK, Sweden and defence research organisations to learn how open standards are helping to reduce the time and cost of procurement and make procurement truly competitive as well as industry experts to understand how the nature of procurement is changing, how that is going to affect them and how they can position themselves to benefit from this change.
