Intersect Partners Expands Ownership to Include Scott Malaga
ATLANTA and CHICAGO, May 16, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Sports and entertainment marketing and sales veterans Owen Shull and Scott Malaga are joining forces to expand the ownership team at Intersect Partners to better serve brands and sports properties.
Intersect Partners was founded in 2016 to help sports properties and brands capitalize on the intersections of marketing, entertainment and consumer interest.

Shull and Malaga call on a collective 50 years aligning the right brand with the right property at the right time. Shull's experience includes extensive sales and marketing leadership for college athletics both with schools directly and at ISP Sports and Learfield, now Learfield IMG College. He also served as the Chief Revenue Officer for the Chick-fil-A Bowl and the College Football Hall of Fame.
Prior to joining Intersect Partners, Malaga served in leadership roles with two national agencies in MKTG and The Marketing Arm. He led partnership negotiations with two of the most popular sports franchises in the world, FC Barcelona and Manchester United, as well as England's Men and Women's National teams. Before his agency experience, Malaga held executive sales and marketing positions in MLS (Chicago Fire) and college athletics (ISP Sports, Learfield and Host Communications).
Shull will continue to manage the Atlanta office with Malaga heading up the Chicago office.
