TORONTO, April 14, 2015 /CNW/ - On April 15th McDonald's Canada and its franchisees plan to hire more than 6,500 new employees, the largest number it's ever attempted to recruit in one day as part of its annual National Hiring Day.
With youth unemployment rates at nearly double the national average*, McDonald's National Hiring Day is a one-day hiring event that welcomes interested candidates to learn about local jobs and to potentially have an on-the-spot interview for the thousands of available positions (6,450 crew and 50 managers).
