NEW YORK, April 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- IntraLinks Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: IL), a leading provider of critical information exchange solutions, today announced the pricing of a follow-on public offering of 7,500,000 shares of its common stock at $25.50 per share.
The offering includes 1,250,000 shares offered by the company and 6,250,000 shares offered by certain selling stockholders of IntraLinks. IntraLinks intends to use the net proceeds from the shares it is offering for the repayment of debt. The company will not receive any proceeds from sales by selling stockholders. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,125,000 shares from the Company and certain selling stockholders to cover over-allotments, if any.
Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Jefferies & Company, Inc. and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC are acting as joint book-runners for the offering. Lazard Capital Markets LLC and Pacific Crest Securities LLC are acting as co-lead managers.
