Intralinks Appoints Russell Poole as Executive Vice President of Human Resources

NEW YORK, Feb. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Intralinks® Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: IL), a leading, global SaaS provider of content management and collaboration solutions, today announced the appointment of Russell Poole as the company's executive vice president of human resources.

Poole is a seasoned human resources professional with more than 30 years of experience. He brings a deep understanding of organizational development, talent management, employee benefits implementation and strategic partnering to Intralinks. In addition, he has served as an active partner and advisor to organizations' Boards of Directors, providing support for compensation programs, leadership development initiatives, SEC reporting and shareholder requests.

Most recently, Poole was an independent consultant, providing advice on various issues surrounding business transactions and other human resources activities. Prior to his consulting practice, Mr. Poole served as senior vice president of human resources at Novell, Inc., where he was responsible for all facets of the human resource function.
