Inspired by Roy's spirit and values, the Nethery family created this bourbon using locally grown yellow corn, crafting a whiskey meant for good times shared with good people, whether deep in the woods or gathered around the table.

Available online and in the Sunshine State starting August 19th, PaPaw's Ridge Kentucky Straight Bourbon (43% ABV/86 Proof) is aged for a minimum of 4 years, and has a mash bill of yellow corn, rye, and barley. This whiskey presents a golden honey amber hue, with aromas of dark chocolate bourbon balls, butterscotch, and baked apple crumble, rounded out by a hint of campfire smoke. On the palate, rich notes of butterscotch and caramel apple emerge, accented by subtle hints of fig. The finish is crisp and smooth, with a soft, enduring warmth with hints of rich vanilla bean. It's perfect neat, on the rocks, or in a cocktail.
