PITTSBURGH, Oct. 25, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- An inventor from Brentwood, N.Y., wanted to fulfill the need for mirror protection for vehicles parked outside in adverse winter weather conditions.
The MIRROR GLOVE's coverings would keep mirrors clean and dry for immediate use upon removal. It eliminates the need for the vehicle's owner to have to stand outside in freezing weather to scrape their mirrors clean. It also reduces the need to drive with limited visibility to the rear sides due to ice or snow covered mirrors. The MIRROR GLOVE is a convenient and simple design that is lightweight and secure. It would also work great with buses and trucking outfits. It could be made with a padded cushion to protect from hits from vehicles and other objects.
"I came up with this idea from my own personal experience of parking outside for 8 hours on a snowy day and needing to clean my mirrors. Now I just leave work, uncover my mirror and I'm ready to go home," said the inventor.
The original design was submitted to the Long Island office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
