PITTSBURGH, Jan. 7, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- "I was frustrated with how difficult it is to measure fish on a flat surface," said one of two inventors from League City, Texas. "To do away with hassles and frustrations, I came up with a faster, easier way to measure fish that minimizes handling of the fish, as well as the risk of the fish slipping away, thereby saving time when the fish are biting."
They created a prototype for SPECK'S RULE to provide a more convenient way to measure fish. The unit keeps fish from flopping while being measured, which allows more accurate measurements to be made. The design also minimizes handling of the fish, which is less stressful to the undersized fish that is released. The accessory eliminates hassles and frustrations. In addition, the invention is easy to use.
The original design was submitted to the Houston office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
