PITTSBURGH, Oct. 15, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- "Having played sports myself, I have noticed that officials sometimes take too long to blow their whistles," said an inventor from Amherst, N.Y. "I thought that if the whistle was more readily accessible, then officials could make calls more quickly and keep the game flowing along."
He developed THE patent pending WARNEY to ensure that the whistle remains readily accessible. The positioning enables the official to blow the whistle instantly. This allows for faster reaction time and eliminates wasted time during the game. The design saves the official from having to use his or her hands to make calls in sports. Furthermore, the invention keeps the official from dropping the whistle due to weather conditions.
The original design was submitted to the Rochester office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
