PITTSBURGH, Jan. 2, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- "I needed to be able to see where I was welding in dark places," said an inventor from Margate, Fla. "For this reason, I designed a better welding helmet that would give me a better view of what I am doing."
He developed the patent pending WELDERS LIGHTED HELMET to make it easier to see the weld area. The helmet is designed to enhance personal safety. The invention helps to reduce the risk of on-the-job injuries. The design eliminates the need to keep lifting the helmet repeatedly in order to see, which saves time and effort. Additionally, the modified helmet could boost productivity.
