PITTSBURGH, April 22, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- "I was having problems with pesky wasps," said an inventor from Homewood, Illinois. "This inspired me to develop a means to collect and kill many wasps using just one pesticide."
He developed the WASP BUSS attract, retain and kill 25 to 30 yellow jackets. The device is reusable, lightweight and refillable. It works with a 12-ounce can of orange soda or sweet yellow/orange liquid.
The design is structured like no other device so that it attracts the yellow jackets. It is also safe - it contains the yellow jackets once they are inside. The trap controls the wasp population and offers an environmentally-friendly design. Additionally, it may be employed by homes as well as businesses, and it is fun to watch.
The original design was submitted to the Chicago sales office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
