PITTSBURGH, Sept. 18, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- An inventor from Brooklyn, N.Y., designed a product that keeps the interior of a parked vehicle relatively cool when parked outside in the hot summer sun.
The TEMP PRO helps to keep a car's interior cool and much more comfortable to return to when the outside temperature reaches 77 degrees Fahrenheit. It can prevent being burned by a hot steering wheel and leather seats.
It could also protect upholstery and other surfaces from deterioration and cracking from sun damage. The invention could reduce the stress on a car's air conditioning, reducing gas consumption.
The inventor described the inspiration behind the idea. "As an engineer living in Dubai, the daytime temperature can be extremely hot and overbearing. Items left in cars would melt and deteriorate. Most times, it took 30-40 minutes for a car to cool down once started. Therefore, I decided to put my semi-conductor, chemical deposition experience to the test."
The original design was submitted to the Manhattan office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
