PITTSBURGH, Feb. 12, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- "As a 'Certified' Home Inspector for 8 years, I found many decks in jeopardy of structural failure. I am aware of many decks collapsing due to rotted posts resulting in people being injured or killed," said an inventor from Woodbine, Maryland. "This inspired me to develop a water-resistant product that could create a moisture barrier to prevent this problem."
He developed the DECK POST ARMOR to increase the longevity of a deck or fence post. This invention would protect the post from rotting due to the elements. Additionally, it would eliminate having to seal a wooden post with a chemical substance.
