PITTSBURGH, Aug. 21, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- "I needed a better way to fasten things made of dissimilar materials together," said an inventor from Pineview, Ga. "This led me to come up with this enhanced fastener."
He created a prototype for the MULTI-PURPOSE ALTERNATE MATERIAL PLACEMENT to offer a convenient way to affix dissimilar materials. The fastener interfaces with most electronics. It can be used to bond or temporarily hold objects in place. The unit is easy to remove and leaves behind no residue or holes. Additionally, the invention features a zero-waste design.
