BIRMINGHAM, Mich., Jan. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The inventor of the world's first video and imaging system for seats, CruiseCam International, Inc. (Pink Sheets: CCMC), today opened a new distribution center in the heart of the North American auto racing and trucking industry, Greensboro, NC.
The first round of inventory for back orders of 1,000 multi-patented camera mounts produced in China arrived at the new facility on January 18th. The facility includes technicians and a service coordinator to conduct beta testing (the last round of testing) of CruiseCam's newest state-of-the-art product, a DVR (digital video recording) Black Box, as shown on its website (http://www.cruisecam.com/products.html).
The facility soon will include a showroom for the first CruiseCam store. In addition, customers can place orders with a live operator by calling: 248-709-2096 or on line through PayPal.com
"CruiseCam is now more accessible than ever to our North American customers in the heart of the auto racing and trucking industry," said Scott Watkins, a five-time Daytona Rolex 24 Hours driver, who is President and Chief Executive Officer of CruiseCam. "This distribution center will pay off for our customers because we can dramatically speed up delivery time by warehousing our China-made, state-of-the-art products here in America."
The law enforcement industry was the first industry to use the CruiseCam system to replace dash or window mount systems. A camera and recording system was integrated directly into the seat to increase safety and provide a better viewing vantage point. CruiseCam also provides a family of car tripod-like products that safely mount in a variety of vehicles.
