PITTSBURGH, Feb. 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Inventors from Hurlock, Md., have developed the HEADREST ESCAPE, a headrest for an automobile that facilitates an emergency exit and prevents being trapped in the vehicle.
"We are paranoid about getting trapped inside our vehicle, especially when surrounded by water or flames. We developed our invention to ease this fear and provide peace of mind," said the inventors.
The HEADREST ESCAPE provides a method of escape from a vehicle if it was submerged in water or engulfed in flames. It provides an emergency exit tool without having to carry a separate tool within a vehicle. This will calm fears associated with thoughts of entrapment inside a vehicle due to water or fire. During use, it will protect hands from breaking automotive glass. Ultimately, this headrest will provide peace of mind to motorists and their passengers.
