-- EXTENDS EXPIRATION OF THE CONSENT SOLICITATION
SANTIAGO, Chile, Sept. 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Inversiones Alsacia S.A. ("Alsacia") announced today that it has amended and restated in their entirety the Consent Solicitation Statement dated August 19, 2013 and its accompanying consent form, to (i) incorporate the prior two supplements issued and dated September 4, 2013 and September 11, 2013, (ii) make additional changes to the proposed waiver and accompanying disclosures, and (iii) extend the expiration date of the consent solicitation to Wednesday October 2, 2013.
Holders are urged to read the amended and restated documents in their entirety as they contain important information about the consent solicitation.
All consents given prior to the date hereof for the proposed waiver as previously described in the Consent Solicitation Statement dated August 19, 2013 shall remain effective with respect to the proposed waiver as amended and restated in the Consent Solicitation Statement dated September 25, 2013, unless such consent is or has been revoked prior to the expiration time.
