Investors Bank President and CEO Kevin Cummings Named Co-chair of the All Stars Project New Jersey Board of Directors

NEW YORK, Oct. 26, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The All Stars Project (ASP), a privately funded national non-profit leading the way in the field of afterschool development, is pleased to announce the appointment of Investors Bank President and CEO Kevin Cummings as Co-chair of the All Stars Project New Jersey Board of Directors. Mr. Cummings has been a supporter of the All Stars Project of New Jersey since 2004 and through his leadership, Investors Bank has been a major financial supporter and a participant in the organization's Development School for Youth (DSY) since 2006. Mr. Cummings has served on the board of the All Stars Project of New Jersey since 2013 and will be joining Derek DiRisio, President, PSEG Services Corporation as co-chair, effective immediately.

Kevin Cummings was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Investors Bank on January 1, 2008. He was also appointed to the Board of Directors on the same date. Prior to that, from July 2003 to January 2008, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Cummings was the only banker named on NJBiz's 2013 "Power 50 Real Estate & Construction Report" and received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® 2011 New Jersey Award for his success in transforming the Bank into a growth company.
