IPSA International Reflects on its Dubai Office's First Year of Operation

IPSA International, Inc. (IPSA), an international consulting and risk advisory firm, has reached the first anniversary of its Dubai, UAE office. In its opening year in Dubai, IPSA hired key staff, including Managing Director Waleed Magazachi, with plans to expand further in terms of employees and services offered to support IPSA's corporate mission to provide a more transparent, safe and responsible business environment for clients globally.  

Mr. Waleed Magazachi is responsible for the firm's growth in Investigative Due Diligence, Anti-Bribery/Corruption and Litigation Support Practices in the Middle East, Africa and recently in the South-Asia regions, while providing strategic direction and leadership as IPSA expands its global presence and service offerings.  Prior to joining IPSA, Mr. Magazachi owned and operated his own business that specialized in providing due diligence and investigative services.  He is an Arabic speaker and has worked and lived in the Middle East for most of his life. With more than 10 years of experience in due diligence and investigations, global market research, business development and company management skills, Mr. Magazachi has the right combination of skills and experience to lead IPSA's global expansion in the region.

In the past year, IPSA's presence has proven successful in better serving clients' requests for enquiries and investigations in the region, having a client-facing office in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) to provide for specific geographic needs and challenges. Recently, a Fortune 500 company secured IPSA's services with confidence in the firm's investigative research, accessibility, regional knowledge and language capabilities for a large-scale project in the Middle East area that was conducted across three countries with in-person interviews and document review.
