IPSA Security Services Hires Derek J. Oldham as President and Chief Operations Officer

PHOENIX, Sept. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- IPSA Security Services (IPSA), an Arizona based Company offering clients professional, unarmed guarding services, is pleased to announce Derek Oldham has joined as President and Chief Operations Officer of the company.  In this role, Derek will be responsible for directing and overseeing all operating activities including training, professional development, policies, procedures and client retention programs to ensure the firm's strategic direction and objectives are being met.

Mr. Oldham has over 12 years of experience in a broad range of security management positions. He comes to IPSA following a career in the guarding business with firms such as American Protective Services, Securitas, Allied Barton and Universal Protection Service.  In his most recent role, he served as General Manager and was responsible for all branch operations within Arizona including oversight of 500+ security guards, client retention, business development, recruitment and training.  Derek is an active member of ASIS, BOMA, AACM and is the former Vice President of the IFMA chapter in Phoenix.
