(www.ipsidy.com) (OTCQX: IDTY), which operates an Identity as a Service (IdaaS) platform that delivers a suite of secure, mobile, biometric identity solutions, available to any vertical and Noftek, LLC (www.noftek.com), a data protection and IT security company, today announced their agreement for Noftek to join the Ipsidy Partner Network and become a reseller of Ipsidy's solutions, initially in the British Virgin Islands.
