ISBG Acquires Majority Stake in Cavoda Vodka

(a Nevada Corporation) (OTCPK:ISBG) is pleased to announce that the company has upped its stake in Cavoda Vodka and has finalized a deal to acquire a majority share of Cavoda Spirits, LLC, the Brooklyn, N.Y.-based distilled spirits company. Cavoda Spirits, LLC and their flagship brand Cavoda Vodka has joined the ISBG portfolio to be offered along side Besado Tequila and Dziaq Liqueur to become ISBG's first luxury brand in their vodka category.
