ISG Hosts Automation, Governance Sessions at IAOP Outsourcing World Summit®
Events include breakfast meeting on intelligent automation, breakout session on new governance models

ISG will host a buyers-only breakfast for enterprise attendees on Tuesday, February 20, at 7:30 a.m. in Coral Ballroom A. During the breakfast, Chip Wagner, partner and president, ISG Business and Emerging Services, will discuss how to scale-up an intelligent automation program and ensure its continued growth.

Batty will discuss how provider governance has evolved, where today's governance models fall short, and how the concept of "Coactive Governance" is required to promote innovation in today's business-critical Digital, Agile and DevOps services.
