The name Amara Cay evokes the subtropical essence of the Florida Keys, where the sun meets the shore, and beckons travelers to visit from all over the world. Included in the resort's rebranding is a dynamic new website that is now accepting reservations for travel beginning on January 1, 2015.

Amara Cay Resort will also open Oltremare Ristorante, a Mediterranean-inspired Italian restaurant, which will feature fresh, locally caught seafood and regional ingredients. The 60-seat open restaurant will flow into the lobby.
