("ISS") and Glass Lewis & Co., LLC ("Glass Lewis"), have both recommended that Chindex shareholders vote FOR the proposal to adopt the Amended and Restated Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of April 18, 2014, as amended as of August 6, 2014, by and among the Company, Healthy Harmony Holdings, L.P., and Healthy Harmony Acquisition, Inc. (the "Merger Agreement").
