IT Service & Support Winners Announced: Cherwell Software Earns "Best Vendor"

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., June 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Cherwell Software was recently named "Best Vendor" by SDI at the 18^th annual IT Service & Support Awards. The prestigious SDI awards gala, held in Birmingham, U.K. on June 18, 2013, honored companies for excellence, professionalism and innovation in the IT service and support industry. The award recognizes Cherwell Software's customer service excellence and further validates Cherwell Software's global ethos of creating "innovative technology built upon yesterday's values."

The "Best Vendor" competition is open to all IT service and support software, equipment, products and services vendors. The coveted award recognizes one vendor each year that most positively impacts their clients' businesses and Service Desk operations. Cherwell Software was selected based on a three-part evaluation that included a customer nomination, customer votes and an interview with a judging panel that exhaustively examined Cherwell Software's complete ethos, particularly in areas customer service.
