ST PETERSBURG, Fla., April 12, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Source88 today announced that Victoria Luttrell has joined the firm as leader of the IT Service Management practice focused on the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework. In this role, Luttrell will be responsible for leading a team of practitioners helping healthcare clients improve information technology processes, such as change management, incident management, problem management, service desk and event management.

Previously, Luttrell served as Manager of IS Process at BayCare Health System where she led the implementation of ITIL based practices in a large information technology department.  

Luttrell is a recognized leader in the field of ITIL service management and performance improvement and is a frequent speaker on issues relating to ITIL implementation and transformation.

Luttrell is an ITIL certified practitioner in change management, release management, and configuration management and is a certified practitioner in service desk function, incident management and problem management.  She also holds a Bachelor of Science in business information systems, an MBA with a focus in technology management and she is a six sigma green belt.
