Luttrell is a recognized leader in the field of ITIL service management and performance improvement and is a frequent speaker on issues relating to ITIL implementation and transformation.
Luttrell is an ITIL certified practitioner in change management, release management, and configuration management and is a certified practitioner in service desk function, incident management and problem management. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in business information systems, an MBA with a focus in technology management and she is a six sigma green belt.
