Itau Unibanco Holding Announces Changes in its Investor Relations Department

SAO PAULO, June 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Itau Unibanco Holding (NYSE: ITUB; BM&FBovespa: ITUB3) announces to its shareholders and to the market the following recent changes in the Investor Relations department:

Rogerio Calderon, Corporate Controller Director, is appointed the new head of IR - Investor Relations department.

Rogerio holds a degree in business administration from Fundacao Getulio Vargas – SP and in accounting from FAPEI, with extensions in E-Business from Darden, University of Virginia and strategy from the University of Western Ontario, Canada. Rogerio started at the group as Member of the Unibanco's Audit Committee and, later on, was appointed Planning and Control officer of the bank. Previously, he acted as Vice President and CFO of Bunge Fertilizantes and Parter of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

In addition, we announce that Regina Sanchez, head of Institutional Investor Relations, will leave this function to accept new opportunities in the group. She will work as the Senior Analyst for financial institutions at Itau Securities. Regina, who holds a degree in Production Engineering from Escola Politecnica of Universidade de Sao Paulo, with a MBA from Wharton, Pennsylvania, will assume the new responsibility on 08/01/2010, after complying with the quarantine period, aligned with the corporate governance policies of the institution.

Marcelo Pereira Barreto will respond for Institutional Investor Relations succeeding Regina. Marcelo has bachelor and post-graduate degrees in business administration from Fundacao Getulio Vargas – SP, and has already been working on this activity in the IR team.

Complementing the IR team, Marcelo Pasquini, formerly controller superintendent of the Wealth Management Services business division, will respond for the MD&A activities of the institution. Marcelo has a degree in Production Engineering from FEI, post-graduate degree from Fundacao Getulio Vargas, and also, a MBA from Wharton, Pennsylvania.
