itelligence Acquires 60-percent Stake in Sybit GmbH

Today, itelligence AG is announcing its acquisition of Sybit GmbH, Germany. Initially, itelligence is acquiring 60 percent of the southern German Hybris and SAP Gold Partner Sybit. Sybit GmbH is a leading expert in the areas of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and e-commerce in Germany and has acquired an excellent reputation for its consulting services, particularly among globally acting Hidden Champions and corporations. Sybit GmbH is one of the few companies awarded Cloud Focus Partner status by SAP and features among Germany's top 20 digital agencies. It was precisely for the segment of CRM and e-commerce that SAP announced its new SAP C/4HANA suite at their global customer conference 'SAPPHIRE' in Orlando, USA. With the acquisition of Sybit, itelligence is securing itself a top position in this lucrative market in Germany.

Only recently, itelligence AG received a coveted SAP Hybris Award 2018 in category 'EMEA Service Delivery Partner of The Year'. With Sybit on-board, itelligence now has one of the largest and most experienced teams of consultants for cloud-based SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and e-commerce solutions in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Sybit will continue to operate under its own brand name after the takeover. The two parties have agreed to aim for itelligence AG gradually acquiring further shares, and ultimately full ownership, in Sybit.

The announcement about the cloud-based C/4HANA suite at the SAPPHIRE event in Orlando by SAP CEO Bill McDermott had been awaited with great anticipation. SAP C/4HANA links several cloud-based solutions in order to support all the areas of Customer Relationship Management, such as marketing, sales & distribution, and customer service, as well as ensuring consumer data protection. The SAP C/4HANA technology suite comprises SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, and SAP Customer Data Cloud.
