IVI International, Inc. Hires Randall Ward as Vice President for National Agency Accounts

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Oct. 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- IVI International, Inc., a leading construction risk management and due diligence consultancy, announced today that it has hired Randall Ward as Vice President for National Agency Accounts. The announcement was made by Carl de Stefanis, P.E., CEO of IVI.

In his new role, Mr. Ward will serve as a liaison between IVI's architects and engineers and Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Agency lenders and brokers. He'll consult with them on the due diligence services being provided by IVI and work to ensure that any architectural or engineering concerns are addressed.

Mr. Ward has 30 years of industry experience including 15 years of commercial real estate due diligence experience and was most recently a National Practice Leader at Nova Consulting Group. While at Nova he reviewed Property Condition Assessments (PCA) and provided technical acuity to the PCA platform, with an emphasis on standards related to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Randall will be based in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he will support IVI's national Agency and Equity PCA platform as well as sustaining IVI's Western Region Assessment Services.
